Hooping to 80′s music, tonight.

After dropping Lexi off at The REP for her rehearsal, Eric and I went back to that smoothie/juice bar place.

I see us spending more money than I’d like there…but everything is just SO good.

Solo & Ensamble.

We waited for a while, before realizing that Lexi hadn’t updated her date/room assignment. She wasn’t being judged today, but tomorrow instead.

She felt bad, but I reminded her that it was good thing that things played out as they had, and that she didn’t have a later time written down than her actual playing time. It was much better to be there early then to have missed her scheduled time.

It was all fine. We found an excellent smoothie place on the way home. And we know exactly where to go tomorrow.

[Eric will have a much easier time being Cam tomorrow, and helping people (not asking for his help) find where they're going.]

Laundry day.

I should have been getting ready. But instead took photos of Eric in his glasses with no lenses.

 

I was at the table looking at something and he walked out with the glasses. I smiled and said, “You know what I’m going to say.”

He mocked me and said, “Don’t move. I have to get my camera.”

Happiness is finding a surprise, hand addressed envelope mixed in with all of the mailed photographer promos.

Awesome is opening it to see that it’s a fun card with a really wonderful handwritten message inside.
Even it if does involve a high-five from miles away.

Thanks Paula. Seriously, this made my week.
